Terms and Conditions
1. SCOPE
Invostep Technologies, a Indian Company established under the laws of India, with its business address at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, together with its Affiliates (collectively Invostep Technologies) have created, own, and operate multiple websites (each individually referred to hereunder as an Invostep Technologies Website and collectively Invostep Technologies Websites).
The Invostep Technologies Websites allow you ("You" or "Your") and other software experts, developers, users, and other interested parties (each, a "User" and collectively, "Users") to find information, purchase and/or research Invostep Technologies and related software and services, obtain support for Invostep Technologies software and services, share information with Invostep Technologies and third parties, post comments, blog, provide reviews, vote on prospective features, and engage in conversations and other activities related to Invostep Technologies’ products and services.
The Invostep Technologies Websites may also include information created and published by Invostep Technologies (Invostep Technologies Materials) and third parties and third-party content (User Content), such as, but without limitation, text, images, photographs, graphics, audio and video, data, code, and software (collectively, the Invostep Technologies Materials and User Content are referred to as Content).
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access and use of the Invostep Technologies Websites is subject to and governed by these Terms of Use (TOU or Agreement), including any additional or different disclaimers, legal notices, agreements, or terms and conditions that may apply to Your use of or access to any particular Invostep Technologies Website, Invostep Technologies Materials, or User Content.
If there is a conflict between the terms in this TOU and any additional legal terms, the additional legal terms shall control. This TOU forms a legally binding agreement between You and Invostep Technologies.
By clicking an I Accept button as part of a registration process or otherwise demonstrating your consent to this TOU through a process established by Invostep Technologies, You accept and agree to abide by the terms of this TOU. If You do not agree to the terms of this TOU, You should not click the I Accept button (or equivalent) or attempt to access or use any Invostep Technologies Website, Invostep Technologies Materials, or User Content.
Please note that this TOU does not govern the use of any cloud solutions provided by Invostep Technologies for which You are required to enter into a separate agreement.
Invostep Technologies may modify the TOU to reflect changes in Invostep Technologies’ business, applicable law, or for other reasons deemed necessary by Invostep Technologies. If the terms of the TOU change, Invostep Technologies will provide notice, which may include, but is not limited to, notice provided through the Websites or an Invostep Technologies user account.
Except where prohibited by law, updates to the TOU will apply once the changes have been posted or notice has otherwise been given. Changes to the TOU will not apply retroactively. If You do not agree to changes made to the TOU, You must discontinue your use of the affected Invostep Technologies Website and Invostep Technologies Materials or User Content.
3. USER CONTENT / LICENSE TO INVOSTEP TECHNOLOGIES
Invostep Technologies does not claim ownership of User Content that you post, upload, input, or submit to any Invostep Technologies Website. By posting, transmitting, or uploading any User Content, You grant to Invostep Technologies a perpetual, irrevocable (subject to mandatory data protection requirements), non-exclusive, worldwide, fully-paid up and royalty-free license to use such User Content without restrictions.
You represent and warrant that You have the right, title, and authority to grant such license. Invostep Technologies may elect not to post or publish User Content and may remove it at its sole discretion without notice or liability.
You acknowledge and agree that no confidential or fiduciary relationship exists between You and Invostep Technologies. Invostep Technologies may use Your name, likeness, biography, and other information provided in connection with User Content.
Nothing in this TOU restricts Invostep Technologies’ right to create or obtain content similar to or competitive with User Content submitted by You.
4. PERMISSIBLE USE OF INVOSTEP TECHNOLOGIES WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Invostep Technologies Websites, Invostep Technologies Materials, and User Content are for non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, license, or sell any Invostep Technologies Websites, Materials, or Content except as expressly permitted.
You agree not to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Invostep Technologies Websites, servers, or networks.
Automated scraping, text and data mining, AI training, bulk downloading, caching, redistribution, or competitive analysis is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by law or written consent.
You agree not to publish User Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harmful, misleading, impersonating, malicious, or otherwise prohibited.
5. TERMINATION OF USE AND LEGAL ACTIONS
Invostep Technologies may suspend or terminate access to any Invostep Technologies Website, Materials, or Content at any time and at its sole discretion, including in the event of a material breach of this TOU.
Violations may cause irreparable harm, and Invostep Technologies may seek injunctive relief, damages, attorney’s fees, and deletion of unlawfully obtained materials.
6. INVOSTEP TECHNOLOGIES CONTACT
Invostep Technologies is not obligated to review User Content but may contact You regarding submissions at its discretion without obligation.
7. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Unless expressly designated as confidential and submitted to a non-public forum, all User Content is deemed non-confidential. You waive any confidentiality or trade secret rights in such content.
You agree to protect Confidential Information and not disclose or misuse it without prior written consent.
ALL USER CONTENT IS SUBMITTED AT YOUR OWN RISK. INVOSTEP TECHNOLOGIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DISCLOSURE.
8. YOUR INFORMATION, PRIVACY, AND DATA PROTECTION
Invostep Technologies may collect, process, and store Personal Data to provide website access and services. You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your account credentials.
You agree to comply with the Invostep Technologies Privacy Statement.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Intellectual Property Rights in Invostep Technologies Software, Websites, and Materials belong exclusively to Invostep Technologies or the respective rights holders. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Unauthorized derivative works are automatically assigned to Invostep Technologies.
10. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT AND LINKS
Invostep Technologies is only liable for Content as required by applicable law. External links are provided for convenience and Invostep Technologies is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
11. USE OF INVOSTEP TECHNOLOGIES AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
Use of any software is governed by the applicable license agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution is prohibited.
12. USE OF GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FUNCTIONALITIES
Invostep Technologies Websites may include AI-powered features. AI-generated output is provided as is and may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You agree to use AI features responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invostep Technologies and its affiliates against claims arising from Your use of the Websites, breach of this TOU, or violation of third-party rights, subject to regional legal limitations.
14. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES
Invostep Technologies Websites and Content are provided AS IS without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invostep Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, except in cases of mandatory statutory liability.
16. APPLICABLE LAW
If accessed from outside the India: Indian law applies.
17. SURVIVAL
Confidentiality obligations survive termination. Upon termination, all Confidential Information must be deleted or returned.
18. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver. Invalid provisions shall be modified to remain enforceable.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This TOU constitutes the entire agreement between You and Invostep Technologies regarding its subject matter.
20. EXPORT CONTROL
Invostep Technologies Websites may not be accessed or used in violation of U.S. or EU export control laws or sanctions.
21. ACCESS
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws when accessing Invostep Technologies Websites.
